The following conditions apply to our moneyback guarantee :
Moneyback requests should be through registered mobile if you did not get a tuition confirmed within month after paying fee.
If one tuition gets confirmed you are not eligible for refund.
You will get 100% Moneyback if you have not availed any services from retinahometutor.com like unlocking the tuition contacts, getting tuition leads or Assigned Tuition.
Example: You have taken Silver premium plan and have not unlocked any contacts or no Leads Provided, then you will get 100% refund
For example, if your plan costs Rs 100 (Rs 85+Rs15 GST) and cost per contact is Rs 85 If you paid twice and not confirmed any the per lead cost =Rs 85as refund.
Personal reasons like getting a job elsewhere or moving to another place will not be entertained.
You are not eligible for refund during your plan period. Please note that patience is the key and you may not get a confirmed tuition immediately after you become premium member. Refund requests should be placed after your plan period within 1 months after plan expiry.
Our aim is to give you atleast one confirmed tuition. Many tutors get more than 1 confirmed tuitions by prompt demos and show casing their teaching skills during demo classes.
If you get a confirmed tuition then you are not eligible for refund.in case you did not get a confirmed tuition.
Providing feedback for every tuition you unlocked is mandatory within 2days. Incase if you failed to provide the feedback, then the system will consider that corresponding tuition as confirmed to you and hence refund or extra contacts will not be provided.
