1- We will try our best to provide you a teacher as per your requirement but in case if you will not satisfy by teacher (as per your requirement) then we will provide you another one
2- There are two free Demo classes provided by institute. If you want extra demo classes other than provided by institute then you have to pay for paid demo classes. Per paid demo class fee is given below
3- Fee will be collected by Retina Institute in advance after demo confirmation within 5days
4- Fee per month will be charged according classes as below
Note- If you pay tuition fees to teacher without informing Institute then we will not take any responsibility for your future inconvenience
5- If teachers take leave from their side then Either they will cover their leaves in extra classes or fees will be deducted of same classe
6- If leave was taken from Parent's side then no any fees will be deducted and no extra classes will be provided
7- If teacher drop tuition due to any reason then we will provide another teacher within 2-3days

Two free demo classes are necessary
No registration fee will be charged from now
1- AFTER EVERY DEMO YOU HAVE TO UPDATE INSTITUTE SAME DAY
2- YOU HAVE TO PAY ₹=100 FOR TUITION IN WHICH YOU ARE INTERESTED AND YOU CAN PAY IT THROUGH recent tuition section at our website, You can also directly access parents contact no. after payment of ₹100.
3- FIRST MONTH FEE WILL BE COLLECTED BY INSTITUTE AND YOU WILL GET IT THROUGH US IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AT END OF THE MONTH.
4- YOU WILL GET 50% FEE OF FIRST MONTH THROUGH US IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
5- IF YOU PROVIDED GUARDIANS DETAILS FROM TUTORIAL BUT YOU DO NOT MAKE CONTACT TO THE PARENT SAME DAY OR NOT ATTEND DEMO CLASS , THEN U WILL NOT GET PRIORITY FROM ONWARDS.
6- IF YOU REFER ANY TUITION CALL TO TUTORIAL THEN U WILL GET *25% SHARE OF FIRST MONTH FEE.
7- IF YOUR FIRST DEMO REJECTED THEN YOU WILL NOT GET PRIORITY.
8- FEE OF ₹100 WILL BE REFUNDED ALONG WITH FIRST MONTH (50% +₹100) IF DEMO WAS CONFIRMED.
9- IF DEMO WILL NOT BE SCHEDULE BY PARENTS SIDE DUE TO ANY REASON THEN WE PROVIDE YOU ANOTHER TUITION ACCESS WITHOUT ANY CHARGE.
10- IF YOUR DEMO GOT REJECTED THEN AMOUNT ₹100 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND FOR NEXT TUITION YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN ₹100 FOR NEXT TUITION.
11- IF YOU HAVE TAKE LEAVE FOR ANY REASON,THEN YOU WILL BE COVER IN NEXT SUNDAY OR DOUBLE (2X) TIME IN NEXT CLASS,OR FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR LEAVE CLASSES.
12- IF LEAVE WAS TAKEN FROM PARENTS END THEN NO NEED TO COVER IT.
13- FILL FORM AT OUR WEBSITE LINK Join as a Tutor FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS.
14- If tuition will not contineu from tutor’s end without any valid reason( distance and time slot not consider as valid reason) then you will be liable for penulty ₹500 before next tuition.
